No—registration isn't compulsory. If you're not registered, just explain why on the application form.

We know some supported living organisations operate outside of regulatory bodies. In these cases, we'll ask for details about your current practices and the experience of your directors. The more information you share, the faster we can verify your account and give you access.
Absolutely! Many domiciliary care providers are now being asked to deliver supported living. If you need a property, simply register, complete the verification form, and tell us more about your plans.
Our members are based throughout England, Wales, and Scotland. Currently, we do not cover Northern Ireland. If you are interested in a specific area, you can use the 'filter' feature located near the top of the page.
From your dashboard, head to Buy to Order and fill out the request form with as much detail as possible.

Your request will be shared with our investor members, and you'll start receiving tailored proposals directly via email.
Once inside the portal, you can browse properties that match your needs. Simply click "book a viewing" on the property listing and you'll receive step-by-step instructions.

You can also save properties you're interested in by clicking the heart icon. If you decide to move forward, you can reserve the property—removing it from view for other providers while lease negotiations begin.
After running a search, just click the "save search" button. From then on, you'll receive email alerts whenever a new property matching your criteria is uploaded.

You can save multiple searches, all of which will be stored in your dashboard for easy access and editing.
In supported living, rent isn't one-size-fits-all. Property investors look at the whole package—lease length, who covers bills, maintenance responsibilities, and services such as boiler or fire alarm checks.

As a guide, most landlords expect market rent based on property type and location. To get a sense of rates in your area, check Rightmove or Zoopla. After a viewing, you'll be invited to put forward a full rent proposal, including lease terms, so the landlord can make an informed decision.
That's exactly what our Buy to Order service is for. Fill out the form on your dashboard, outlining your requirements.

Our property investors are always looking for their next purchase—and with Buy to Order, they can buy with your needs in mind, ensuring a perfect fit.
If your service includes personal care, then yes—you must be regulated by the CQC. If not, you can still register and access everything SupportedLivingProperty.co.uk has to offer.
The core principle of the Community is to foster unity among members rather than separation. The only areas kept distinct are the property and demand portals, and this separation is purely for commercial reasons.

Providers have raised concerns about the commercial sensitivity of the information they share on demand request forms and prefer that their competitors do not have access to it. Similarly, property investors have expressed that they do not want other investors to view listings before they have fully secured a site.

Therefore, to address these concerns, property investors are restricted to accessing only the demand portal, while providers are limited to the property portal. You are asked to select access to either the property portal or the demand portal, with help available if required.
